Prices
- The above prices are for 7 nights.
- Not included is the local tax of €3.40 per night/person (over 14 years), which has to be paid in cash on site.

Length of stay
- In high season, the minimum length of stay is 7 days (Saturday to Saturday).
- In low season, the length of stay is freely selectable.
Check-in & check-out
- The apartment is ready for occupancy from 2 pm on the day of your arrival. If you will arrive after 7 pm, please let us know by telephone.
- On the day of your departure, we ask you to please vacate the apartment by 10 am.
Pets
Your four-legged friends are welcome (only in summer). For their stay, we charge an extra fee of €12.00 per day. Please note that you are liable for any damage.
Smoking prohibited
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartments.
Cancellation
We guarantee the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 31 days before the date of arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
- 30 to 14 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total amount.
- From 13 days before arrival or in the event of "no show" (no arrival), we will charge you 80% of the total amount.
- In the event of late or early arrival/departure, we will charge the full number of days booked.
Deposit
- The deposit amounts to 30% of the total amount.
- The booking is binding upon receipt of the deposit.
