In the high season is the stay duration 7 days (from Saturday to Saturday).
In the low season is the stay duration free:

Ski bus and summer bus: bus stop at a 50 m distance from our Residence.

Included in the price:
Linen, towels and bath towels, final cleaning, use of the wash and iron room, garage parking place for the apartments: “Pic, Seceda, Bulacia, Cuca”; open-air car park for the “Mulin” apartments; light, water, current, tourist tax, VAT.

Pets are not allowed! The tenant is responsable for damages!

The apartments are ready at 3 p.m on the arrival day and have to be leaved at 10 a.m. on the departing day.
